If any minor wants to get a piercing or tattoo at our shop, it is important to read our minor policy carefully to ensure you have everything and meet the criteria beforehand.  We have certain state-regulated guidelines that are in place for piercings and tattoos, so please take the time to become familiar with them. Give us a call for clarification on anything.

Read below to find our age requirements and documentation needed. Please note that NO exceptions for any reason will be made so please do not forget any of the documentation.​

Documentation Required:

• An original birth certificate.

• A photo ID for the minor (driver's license, school ID, passport, etc.).

• Parent or legal guardian MUST be present at the time of the procedure and must provide a valid form of ID.

• If the last names of the child and parent are NOT the same, legal documentation explaining why is required.

Age Requirements:

• No tattoos will be performed on anyone under 16 years of age.

• No nipple or genital piercings will be performed on anyone under 18 years of age.

• Invasive piercings, such as tongue, daith, and bridge, will not be preformed on anyone under 16 years of age.

• Any piercing that is deemed physically unsafe will not be performed.

• Piercer has the right to refuse to perform a piercing for any reason.

• Minimum age for Earlobe Piercings for any person is 12 years of age.
